U-Pick Fall Flavors

Create priceless memories while exploring U-pick orchards and gardens for a variety of fall flavors, including apples and pumpkins.


Buchan's Blueberry Hill
  • Take a drive up the beautiful Old Mission Peninsula to Buchan's Blueberry Hill's U-pick apple orchard. While you’re there, stop by the farm stand for apple cider, homemade ice cream, pies, jams, and more!

Calvin Lutz Farms
  • U-pick pumpkins are available beginning October 8, and will continue on Saturdays and Sunday throughout October. You can also enjoy the Who-Ville corn maze and pre-picked pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks and squash at the Lutz market.

Dick Family Farm
  • Find the perfect pumpkin from over 20 varieties, explore the corn maze, climb the hay bale mountain, play in the corn bin, and pet the animals. Plus, the farm has a basketball arcade, corn pit, photo-op boards, and interactive educational displays and yard games. Don't forget to grab a homemade donut and cider while visiting.

Jacob's Farm
  • Jacob's Farm's U-pick orchards are open from dawn to dusk, and in October you can snag delicious Zestar and Honeycrisp apples. Jacob’s also has a Kid’s Play Zone, tractor rides, and full bar and kitchen. Don’t forget to explore the Alice in Wonderland themed 10-acre life-size corn maze.

King Orchards
  • Go to one of King Orchards’ two locations in Central Lake or Kewadin. Both locations feature U-pick apples and pumpkins in October and fruit stands for local sales, including fresh bakery items made with their own fruit.

Morrison Farms
  • It's apple, pumpkin, donut and cider season at Morrison Farms, open daily through October.

Myrtle and Maude's
  • Open 7 days a week during apple season, Myrtle and Maude's has a U-pick pumpkin patch, wagon farm tours, kids play area, local produce and more for guests to enjoy.

Nugent Orchards
  • Nugent Orchards has nine apple varieties available for U-pick, a pumpkin patch, corn maze, fresh baked goods and wagon rides for a fun-filled day.

Pahl's Pumpkin Patch
  • Choose your own pumpkin from Pahl's U-pick patch, visit their country store for homemade cider, donuts and baked goods, and watch your children enjoy pony rides, straw mazes, and more!

Pond Hill Farm
  • Head to Pond Hill Farm for its Fall Fest Weekends, which feature a pumpkin patch, hayrides, cider and donuts, pumpkin bowling, pumpkin smashing, bounce houses, and more! Kids will also enjoy the playground where they can explore a teepee, climbing wall, sandbox, slides and swings.

Rennie Orchards
  • Pumpkins, squash, gourds and 19 varieties of apples are available for U-pick at Rennie Orchards. Kids will also enjoy the hay wagon rides, hay bale maze and large teepee.

Uncle Frank's Apple Town
  • Watch cider and donuts being made at Uncle Frank's Apple Town. They also have a pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayrides, and homemade baked goods.
