Top Things To Do: October 24 - 30

Updated: Oct 25, 2022

Last call for fall and Halloween activities - browse our top things to do with kids in Northwest Michigan this week!

Last Call for Fall Activities

Most orchards and pumpkin patches close for the season at the end of October. Carve out some time (and pumpkins!) for U-pick apples, hayrides, corn mazes and more before it's too late!

Tricks, Trunks and Treats

Trick-or-treat and trunk or treat activities ramp up this week. Click here to browse local events.

Halloween Events

Halloween walks, 5Ks, costume parties and dance parties - there are many spooktacular, family-friendly events leading up to Halloween!

Visit SkyBridge Michigan

Head to Boyne Falls to see beautiful, panoramic valley views of the newly opened SkyBridge Michigan. Guests ride the Hemlock Scenic Chairlift to the mountain’s top, then venture out along the exhilarating 1,200-foot long and 118-foot high pedestrian bridge. Tickets include all-day access, so go up, down, and across as many times as you choose!

Jump in a Huge Pile of Leaves

There is still plenty of time to do a favorite childhood activity: jump in a pile of leaves. Grab a rake (or even use your hands!) and make fun memories with your little piling and jumping in leaves time and time again.
